Coach: Rich Condon (19th year)

Key Departures: Tim Ouellette

Key Returners: Jake Hedberg (So.), Aaron Donnelli (Sr. Captain), Justin Pratte (Sr. Captain), Tim Welles (So.), Erik Smith (Sr.), Kyle Lacson (So.), Chris Salvio (So.), Marco DiPaola.

Outlook: With a large class of key returners, the Newington Indians are expecting big things for the 2013 season. Aaron Donnelli, and Justin Pratte will take on the role of Captain, and will look to lead a very promising young team, full of several sophomores.

“We should be a good team, a contender in all matches and we should qualify for states again this year,” head coach Rich Condon said.

While Condon is confident in his squad, his expectations are tempered playing in a very strong CCC West Conference. How the Indians handle the tough competition will determine how far they can go, but with a veteran coach at the helm, Newington will be well prepared for every opponent.
